Shakti Dance - Dancing from Within
This dance meditation starts by shaking the body to activate our Shakti life force energy. Followed by free dance - the feminine way of moving is fluid, circular and sensual. Opening the body by letting the body consciously move freely and express itself in a spontaneous dance. Then returning all that energy we have activated back inside, and rest into stillness and letting go in deep surrender and meditation.

where we can connect and unite in love, share our truth and meet in the nature of our original woman.
