We will open the space with a Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony to assist our connection with the higher realms, followed by a Shamanic chant and heart coherence meditation to unite our rhythmic hearts and receive the energy from the solstice.

Hollie will go through the chakra system, teaching the children about how our emotions and body are connected to our chakras. then the day will be guided by marianne in the kitchen where she will teach the children
about how food is connected to our chakras. the children will then enjoy a splash in the pool to play and chakra movement. the workshop will end with a chakra story telling, meditation and massage.
