This auspicious day, when nature is at it’s most still point of the year and the arrival of winter season.  

With this mystical pause in nature we invite you to slow down and reflect on the year that has passed. Forgive, release, complete and move on into the new year feeling lighter and renewed.

We will open the space with a Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony to assist our connection with the higher realms, followed by a Shamanic chant and heart coherence meditation to unite our rhythmic hearts and receive the energy from the solstice. 

You will then be guided through a breath journey into a deep state of receptivity to fully receive the healing vibration from the angelic crystal bowl sounds bath and energy transmission that will leave you in a state of peace and uplift your spirit. 

Be spoiled with delicious vegan food and heart-centred conversations with like-minded sisters and brothers.
